THEODORE M. MAGEE has drafted and prosecuted patents in a wide range of electrical and mechanical disciplines including channel encoding/decoding, speech recognition and natural language systems. He holds a Bachelor of Electrical Engineering degree (magna cum laude) and a Juris Doctorate (magna cum laude, Order of the Coif) from the University of Minnesota.
